Information on this site

The content on this website is general information about my recovery services. Driving times are typical times from north Bedford in normal traffic and are a guide, not a promise. The price and the expected arrival time for your job are the ones I give you when you contact me.

Prices and jobs

Sending a message or a form doesn't create a contract. I tell you the price before I set off, and the job goes ahead once we've agreed it.

Safety advice

The safety tips on this site are general. If you or anyone else is in danger or injured, call 999 first.

Photos and content

The photos of vehicles on this site are from real jobs, with the number plates covered. The large night-time picture at the top of the home page is an illustration based on the real truck. The text, photos and logo belong to Toma Recovery or are used with permission.

This site links to services I don't control, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. I'm not responsible for their content or how they use your information.

Liability

I'm not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
