Accident recovery
After an accident you have enough to deal with. Once everyone is safe and the scene can be cleared, I load the damaged car onto the flatbed and take it away, so it isn't left on the road or in someone's way.
When to call
- The car isn't safe to drive after a collision
- It needs moving from the scene, a car park or a side road
- It has to go to a repair garage, your home or a storage place you choose
How it works
- If anyone is hurt or the road is blocked, call 999 first
- When it's safe, call or WhatsApp me with your location and what happened
- We agree the price and where the car is going
- I load it, strap it down and take it there

If you've broken down
Need this now?
Three things, in this order. The middle one takes one tap: your phone finds where you are and puts it in a WhatsApp message to me.
-
Get safe first
Hazard lights on. On a fast road, get out on the side away from traffic and wait behind the barrier, not in the car. If anyone is hurt or you're in danger, call 999.
-
Send me where you are
Tap the button and allow location. WhatsApp opens with a map pin to me, ready to send.
Or type the road and nearest junction on WhatsApp -
Agree the price, then I set off
I tell you the price and when I'll get to you. In most of Bedford that's 15 to 20 minutes. No membership needed.
Good to know
Accident recovery: questions
Can't see yours? Ask me on WhatsApp, in English or Romanian.
Can you come before the police have finished?
I come when the scene can be cleared. If the police are there, they decide when the car can be moved.
Where can you take the car?
Wherever you choose: a garage, your home, a body shop or another address you give me.
Can I ride with you?
Ask me when you call and I'll tell you straight away if there's space and it's safe to do so.
